Rhys Bowen, Lee Strauss, and Charlaine Harris (check Aurora Teagarden series or Lily Bard or Harper Connelly) are good for cozy mysteries. Also, anything by Tana French.
The bibliophile mystery books by Kate Carlisle are pretty good.
