Sophie’s World by Jostein Gaardner? It’s basically a course in Philosophy in the form of a novel. Othierwise… The Little Prince, maybe?

You’re welcome. I read Sophie’s World over fifteen years ago but it’s still a favorite. There’s also Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance: An Inquiry into Values by Robert Pirsig
