No, because I move super fast while I cook (think Chopped). Baking is different. I can rest while the mix is resting or in the oven.

Yes – once my stuff is at the stage/step is “stir occasionally” or whatever (as an example) I stand there with my book and stir every couple of pages. ?‍♀️
