I’ve never read one that helps.
Can’t say if poetry can heal a broken heart, but it can definitely lift your spirits. I personally find Tennyson, Byron, Keats and Yeats relaxing. And If You Forget Me by Pablo Neruda is a favourite when it comes to heartbreak. 🙂
If the Psalms count as poetry, yes, it has healed and brought me so much joy and hope.

How Do I Love Thee by Elizabeth Barrett Browning written for her Husband Robert Browning is just beautiful and will help with a broken heart. The Psalms were songs written by King David. He was a wonderful song writer and musician that loved the Lord.
