Although a children’s book, Sarah, Plain and Tall, by Patricia MacLachlan, is about a mail-order bride. It was the 1986 Newbery Winner.
I just read The Good Earth by Pearl S Buck. The novel is about so many things, but arranged marriage is in the core of the reading.

Chitra Divakaruni writes a lot about that. I think she even has a book of short stories called Arranged Marriages. Sister of my Heart was also wonderful
the Matched series is good! It’s young adult and dystopian but I enjoyed it!!
