Anytime, sorry the only historical books featuring medical women I know are CotCB and Outlander. Phillipa Gregory does do an amazing historical fiction though!
@Stephanie both 2 of my fave book series… I’ve never found anything that comes close other than Sara donatis into the wilderness series…. Bloody amazing!!
@Paula I love Jamie. Though due to my own inability to create accents, I had a really tough time reading his in the beginning ? He kept sounding like a country bumpkin in my head, which was destroying all attractions I had ??
@Stephanie the TV series will be helping??!! Although it’s not as good as the books. As I live just south of the Scottish border and regularly holiday in Scotland I could always hear his voice perfectly x
Kelly Joel Trewin sorry we hijacked your post with an impromptu Jamie Fraser love-in!! I’m sitting in airport arrivals at Manchester waiting for My delayed friend so I am enjoying the bants! x
@Paula I fly between Portland OR, and Atlanta GA a lot, and I always make sure to have at least 5 different book options, depending on my mood of course ?
