Can anyone recommend a book for a 4th grader that just lost her grandmother?

Images of an “after” place that looks very much like Earth and where all needs are met. Our counselor used this with a child that was being told by everyone including her parents that Grandma was in Heaven or was in a better place but no one had actually talked to this child before about these concepts.
