Like help with dealing with loss and grieving….sorry. I should have been more specific. I’ve been looking but most are religious based.

Sometimes fiction is helpful as well, but there are many books (if you link “psychology” when you search, you’re less likely to find religious texts). I found meditation books helpful when I was dealing with loss as well. (Though some find that’s too close to religion/spirituality as well)

Interstingly the Harry Potter series are actually based on grief and loss as J.K. Rowling was going through quite a bit while writing them

On Grief and Grieving: Finding the Meaning of Grief Through the Five Stages of Loss by Kubler-Ross and Kessler is one book. Or maybe The Sun Still Rises: Surviving and Thriving after Grief and Loss by Shawn Doyle.
