For me Stain by A G Howard. The writing was so beautiful, read like a fairy tale and the story was incredible. The first book in a long time that screamed 5 stars and made me feel I gave out 5 stars to books too easily.

Most of the books I have been looking forward to are out already. Bloodwitch, King of Scars. I am reading Wicked Saints currently.

So far my favorites are: Wicked Saints, The Shadowglass, The Priory of the Orange Tree, and Echo North. (Runners up, King of Scars, Give the Dark My Love and The Queen’s Resistance)

According to publication date, a curse so dark and lonely. Now, if I had to choose my favorite read this year, it would either be acomaf or empire of storms.

A Woman is No Man (sort of YA, it takes place over a long period of time)

This year so far I would have to say The Black Coats. It is so different from most of the YAs I have read. I loved the concept.
