I have enjoyed everyone of William Kent Krueger’s novels of a Northern Minnesota former sheriff. The first was Iron Lake. The 17th is just out, Desolation Mountain. They are thrillers that include a lot of Indian lore, and family values.
This is older but the fact that I’ve read thousands of books since this one but still remember it says something about the book. Retribution by Julianne Hoffman. It’s great!
Yes!!! Just finished reading Three Days Missing by @Kimberly After Nightfall by AJ Banner and Vox by Christina Dalcher … All were true … “ can’t turn the page fast enough” … must-reads.
You should also read The Party by @Robyn. That is the book that introduced me to her writing. It was awesome and a keeper for me to re-read. I am looking forward to reading her new book Her Pretty Face which I just recently bought!
@Robyn I finished this book. OMG! Wow! I loved it! Twisty, kept me on the edge. It was better then The Party, which is saying a lot since I really liked that book. Both I’m keeping to re-read. So thank you for putting your talent out there for us to enjoy!
Oh, yes!! Such a good story and stellar writing! I have been sitting on book 2 for months, because I know it will be over in a day. Think I’ll re-read book 1 again to draw it out!
I enjoyed “Fierce Kingdom” by Gin Phillips.
