I did avoid all sorts of things that could spoil the details to me. Told myself I WILL finish the books first before I watch a single episode.
But seeing how long the books are (over 1,000 pages each book, except for the first one), and then seeing all these posters for Season 7, I can not deprive myself anymore. ?
read them all – waiting for the last two – much better than the series – I only watched the first one – I am now quite bitter about not having a written novel form conclusion to the series.
I am watching the series and loving it. Currently waiting for season 7. Planning to buy a bigger screen to re-watch all the seasons again before season 7.it is that good. I think it is the best show I have ever watched on TV
I have read the first 3 and am about 3/4ths of the way done with the 4th book. I love the TV series too. I love that they are finally getting it though their thick heads that really good books are to big and great for a single movie. I love that now we have TV series that they can put as many of the book details as they want in them. Yes there are some differences but for the most part it sticks to the story very well.
I read them all years ago! Started rereading last year when I thought winds of winter was about to be released and then figured how stupid I was to think so and dropped them! Will go back to rereading when “his highness” is kind enough to give us a release date (sorry I’m just very frustrated from waiting so long)
