It was soooooooooooooooooo sooooooooooooo loooooooooooong.

She’s a good writer. She needs a much better editor. It needed to be pared down at least 150 pages.

Loved it; one of the most powerful books I’ve read in the past 5 years. You’ll either feel the same way I do or you won’t appreciate it. It is a long book, full of brutal emotions, lots of internal monologue and reflection and it’s a triumph in my humble opinion.

It’s still sitting on my book shelf, unfinished. Couldn’t get into it. It was a read from one of the book clubs I was in, no one from the group liked it. If I’m not mistaken only 2 or 3 of the 10 or so ppl even finished it. ??
