I’m currently listening to the audiobook and I’m enjoying it! I don’t know what exactly I was expecting from Doctor Sleep, but what I’ve heard so far is not what I was expecting! I think The Shining is my least favorite out of all the King books I’ve read, but it was still good! It’s interesting to see Danny all grown up 🙂
I’ve been reading it since the day it was published, and I’m still only half way through it lol. Never had this problem with any other of his books. Think it’s because it’s a sequel to the Shining, and I didn’t know that when I bought it. It seemed like a cop out. The Shining didn’t need a sequel.

It was good. I don’t think anything could come close to Shining. I REALLY wish he would do a prequel.

I liked it, redeemed King for me after several disappointments

I read it soon after the shining and really enjoyed it. It flowed really well
