1at book it’s a decent story, my middle school classes liked it. The second two books could have combined into one.

I enjoyed them! Harsh story, but hey, that is what we humans do best, kill each other and send our children to die for us.

Not everyone likes the same things. If we all did we’d be living in a very boring world. I love horror and very sappy romantic movies but not in books. Go figure…. BUT love mystery/syfy/romance books. ?

I didn’t think I would enjoy them, but I did. Not everyone enjoys the same genre – that’s okay – lots of others to pick from.

Actually, i loved it. I read them in 3 days when I was 17 because the story really catched me. We all have differents opinions about books and it’s all good. Personally, I cannot read a book if I don’t like the way the author writes (express the story)

The Hunger Games trilogy was good. Pleasant. Although, I’m still stung by the the ending. I feel like even though there was technically a happy ending, the Capitol or more specifically President [can’t remember the name, Snow maybe?] ultimately won. Peeta is everything. And I hate what happened to him and what that made him.

I tried to read the first one as my son was studying it at school, but I couldn’t get to the end. It was awful. It had no heart and I really didn’t care what happened to the characters as they were two-dimensional.

i was impressed with the author for writing such books. Writing a book is a great achievement. Doesn’t mean anyone has to like it. But plenty of readers did enjoy it. Reading them when they first came out made them unique at the time. I went back and forth on like and comfort and angst. I read all three but I couldn’t finish the other series, Divergent. I read the first 2 but stopped.
