I commandeered my daughter’s because I love it more than she does. ?
Do u use it just for books? Trying to see if it’s good for anything else
I use mine for everything reading, playing games, surfing the web and shopping on amazon
Now whether to get the 8gb or 16..
I have the 16 and I think that it’s perfect because you download so much more onto it than you think you will lol
I only use it for reading. Mine runs so freakin’ slow when I try to play games. It even closes out of the game sometimes.? I highly recommend it for reading though! No complaints in that area.
I have a fire but honestly I never use it I don’t even know why I brought it

I use mine for books and movies. Occasionally I’ll turn on freetime for my 2yr old

It’s a tablet, so it’s good for Facebook, Netflix, amazon, games, kindle app, etc. I used mine a lot for Netflix until I got an iPad. I didn’t read from it often though because it’s not good for the eyes. But I liked it for comics because of the color.
I am reading your post on my Fire. I use it for everything. I also have a Paperwhite and a Touch and I never use either of them anymore. I am a professional book reviewer and read both books and eGalleys on my Fire.

I use mine for playing games, face book all sorts really.I got it because I was fed up with my ipad crashing whenever I wanted to play certain games, and got the fire 8 because of longer battery life really pleased with it so far had it nearly a year.
Love it so much I purchased a back up one.
Mostly I read on mine, but I also can stream Netflix or Hulu. What I like about it is being able to read at night in the dark. I have it formatted so that the page is black and the print white. I lower the brightness all the way down so it doesn’t wake my husband.
I use mine for everything. Reading, Web Surfing, Facebook, Twitter ect. The camera is really bad though.
I have 2 fires and an ereader. They’re all great! My boys use the fires for their you tube videos and gaming. I use my ereader for… Reading, lol.
To read outside I find it better to read of a normal ereader because of glare otherwise its fine for reading inside.?
I have a Paperwhite, it’s excellent for outside reading. ❤️
Both my mom and I each own a fire tablet, and we both use ours daily, even hourly. For ebooks, games, and facebook,etc.
I love mine. Bought a really long charging cord so I can lay down and read. I use it every single day!
