@Tabitha ,I heard of that ,never read it . I think my library should have it.Sadly,my Barnes and Nobles was hit by tornado and is temporarily closed until they do big repairs
@Brenda a friend of mine lives in PA, was hit by a tornado this will. I’m glad everyone was okay, but will take a while for businesses to recover. Try the library or thrift http://books.com/, love Gaiman’s adult novels (American Gods author), but oldest really got into that graphic novel
The audio books are amazing. Unless you are solo traveling for weeks and spend most of your time listening to them and end up awkwardly feeling like you and harry are best friends…
Apparently, there was a single season on Syfy a few years back, but they didn’t stay anywhere close to the spirit of the books Would love to see someone do it right
The very short lived series was nowhere near the Chicagoverse that Harry and the rest of the Scooby Gang inhabit. The characters were off in so many ways. I would love to see it done right. I do wish Jim Butcher would get going with Peace Talks. I mean dude, come on.
I’m going to give the first few in the series a try one of these days, see if I like it. I have a friend who enjoys them. I’m more into hard sci-fi, so The Dresden Files are probably a little out of my neighborhood… but I might be surprised!
I didn’t think I’d like them either, when I picked up Storm Front a LONG time ago, before they even got popular. I was pleasantly surprised. You’ll be addicted and I don’t think it matters what genre you like! It’s a fun series! Go for it!
2007 series 1 season Dresden was played by Paul Blackthorne. Hubby rated it a 7 but a 5 bcuz it didn’t follow the books very well. I found the series at my local library….Enjoy?
i’ve read a few of them, my oldest son is addicted and keeps bugging me to finish the series with him.
I also like the graphic novels of his.I only read 1though,plan on reading more. The graphic novel was really cool

Yes! love Dresden files!
My favorite series!!!
They should make a movie about it. That would be awesome,as long as they stick to the book and not ruin it
Apparently, there was a single season on Syfy a few years back, but they didn’t stay anywhere close to the spirit of the books
