@Holly I must admit that I’m a bit addicted to Diet Coke. I think because I’ve lived in hotter places during my adult life. I tell myself that, but I have two sons who have lived in hot places all of their lives and happily glug down coffee. ?
I don’t drink coffee but every now and then but my boyfriend drinks it all day every day.

Strong black tea with milk and sugar, rather than coffee, but definitely all day, maybe 4-6 cups in a day if I am doing a lot of reading.

Just a cup! Used to be 3. But now I’m addicted to tea, too. So I do a coffee in the AM and then 2 teas. The best of both worlds is my tea from a brand that has as much caffeine as a cup of coffee 😉
