Just a cup! Used to be 3. But now I’m addicted to tea, too. So I do a coffee in the AM and then 2 teas. The best of both worlds is my tea from a brand that has as much caffeine as a cup of coffee 😉
I use to now I only have 2 and now after midday if I can help it. I have developed insomnia. its a plus for my reading but not so much for the remainder of my life being tired all the time

Strong black tea with milk and sugar, rather than coffee, but definitely all day, maybe 4-6 cups in a day if I am doing a lot of reading.
