It depends what kind of paranormal romance you want to read. For examples my favorite book series is Black Dagger Brotherhood by J.R.Ward or Gena Showalter’s books or Beautiful Monsters series by @Jex. Or Kristen Ashley’s books where is also paranormal romance but also non-paranormal romance books.

Is mind reading and future telling considered paranormal? Victoria Laurie’s series Psychic Eye Series is my favorite. But she also has a ghost hunter series.

In addition to some of the above, the Aisling Grey series by Katie MacAlister, or Anne Rice (Witching Hour or Vampire series) are fun!

I agree with Kelly Armstrong books. Also, (though I hate romance) The Gargoyle was an amazing love story.

I don’t think it’s quite the genre that you’re looking for but it’s definitely worth a read; Patrick Rothfuss’s King Killer Chronicles. I’ve been impatiently awaiting the third and final novel for two years though.

This isn’t even my normal genre, but I just finished reading the Marked One series for the second time by Bianca Scardoni. It’s so so good, I don’t know what to do with myself now that I’m done, other than read it a third time. I would highly recommend; they’re just so addicting I’ve literally lost sleep
