Any suggestions for depression/anxiety related books? Tia ?Any suggestions for depression/anxiety related books?Tia ? Neha #recommend
Tee Cullen PA the synopsis doesn’t say anything about depression/anxiety at all Plus it’s not available where I live
@Neha An excellent book synthesising the evidence about depression and anxiety and anti-depressant treatment, plus personal experience of the author, I’d recommend this one
Darkness Visible William Styron, non-fiction. It’s short and he walks you right through his darkest depression
Stopping the Noise in Your Head by Reid Wilson is fantastic for anxiety. Wilson is one of the best in the field.
In the Divergent series the main character deals with depression and suicidal thoughts. It doesn’t start till book 2 tho.

@Neha for one more self-help like, I would highly recommend this one
@Neha For novels with mental health themes, I really liked The Shock of the Fall, and…
