They Both Die at the End, and More Happy Than Not by Adam Silvera, those books are just so sad, emotional, riveting and broken. They also broke me. Another one that’s not a happy ending, but more of a broken one is Carry Me Like Water by Benjamin Alire Saènz. It’s my all time favorite book and it made me cry from a few chapters in.

@Mary , it’s tragic, beautiful, devastating, brilliant, heartbreaking. I cried and cried. And it has been several months now and the story remains with me. I will never regret reading it. It was so real and the characters were so deep. It was worth every tear I shed.
