Warbreaker or Elantris by Sanderson
If you don’t mind 2 stranger the dreamer is a 2 book set that I loved!!
Uprooted or Spinning Silver by Naomi Novik are both gems!!

Rise of the Apostate by DR Hill
Alexzander Christion’s Alinguard is really good if you like quirky humour and actions/fights. For something a bit sophisticated I’d also recommend Anthony Tyrone Clemons’ Memories forgotten (lots of little stories from the realm of Azurnoir).

Battle Mage by Peter Flannery. Amazing book and probably my favorite stand alone ever
