Men are from mars and women are from Venus by John gray is a classic. I can’t believe I’m recommending this… I don’t like these kind of books… But you might find it useful?

That’s the one I was going to suggest. ? It sounds cheesy, but I really think it taught me some valuable stuff about how men and women handle problems differently.

@Bonnie I agree! You can communicate with people (partners, friends, family members) if you know which language they are.

How to Improve Your Marriage Without Talking About It by Stephen Stosny and Patricia Love. It was a game changer for me. I found it more helpful than the Five Love Languages. I know that my husband and I don’t speak the same “love language” and it has caused major issues. But I could never seem to get to the point when we talked about things… but the book helped me to really find a better way to connect and talk to my husband. I’m a much better wife because of the book. No doubt.
