I was going to suggest, Tomato Red, but it’s a little more than a short story at 225 pp. What about “Hills Like White Elephants” by Ernest Hemingway. No one would even have to buy it as it’s right here. https://liternet.bg/publish24/e_hemingway/hills.htm
So being naturally sarcastic, I googled “short story Amy” because it’s also productive and found out there is a short story call “Amy Foster” by Joseph Conrad published in 1901. Much better use of the typo, I think! ?
An Occurrence at Owl Creek Bridge by Ambrose Bierce
@Rohen I hadn’t thought about that story in years!
? One of my favorites.
How to spell? Checking your spell check?

Hemmingway Shorts would be cool
I’d do a Hemingway short.
I’m in for Hemingway and having it right there is handy too.

@Nancy I agree?
Yeah, I was waiting for Amy to make a suggestion. But, I’ll try Amy Foster.
