The beginning of it was strange for me too …. but then, there was a moment when everything clicked, and I couldn’t put it down! Stick with it. I think the confusion in the beginning is supposed to help the reader understand how the main character is feeling.

I dropped it. I couldn’t do it. Its not my cup of tea at all!
It is reminiscent of The Girl on the Train for me. Rave reviews and I’m trying to plod through and will likely give it up.
