Harry Potter, Miss Julia, Ladies’ No. 1 Detective Agency
Kate Daniels series by @Ilona

In July, Harry Potter. In September LOTR. But overall? Terry Pratchett’s Discworld.
Stephanie Plum series and The Hunger Games.
The Miss Peregrine series
I really enjoyed the first book, how are the others?
I enjoyed the others just as much as the first one.
I haven’t read many series. But looking for inspiration here. I just purchased the first Harry Potter book so I’m pretty excited to get to that one. 🙂

Longmire series by Craig Johnson.
Poldark, Winston Graham
Three wat tie between Green Knowe (LM Boston), the Dark is Rising (Susan Cooper) and (of course) Harry Potter (JK Rowling).
Hmmm. Given your other two, I need to research Green Knowe.
Strange Angels series by Lili St. Crow
The Southern Reach Trilogy (Annihilation, Authority, Acceptance) by Jeff Vandermeer
Harry Bosch series by Michael Connelly.
Kent Family Chronicles by John Jakes and Harry Potter.
Odd Thomas by Dean @Koontz
Great, great series. Loved it!
Trying to decide between Harry Potter and The Foundation Trilogy by Isaac Asimov that I read when I was much younger and loved. Really want to read Odd Thomas now after seeing it in here.
Odd Thomas is good!
So hard – being a fantasy nerd, most books come in series. I’d say Rings but it’s not really a series (we could debate if it is 1, 3 or 7 books till the cows come home). Two series spring to mind that I go it into and waited for the next ones – High Cook’s “Chronicles of an Age of Darkness”, and Steve Erikson’s “Malazan book of the Fallen”, both of which I love. But there are so many others…
Harry Potter, Spenser, Myron Bolitar.
LOTR and the Mitford series
Repairman Jack by F. Paul Wilson or AGent Pendergrast by Lincoln & Child
His Dark Materials by Philip Pullman
The Mercedes Thompson books by Patricia Briggs
Anna Pigeon series by Nevada Barr
Between ‘Harry Potter’ and Brian Lumley’s ‘Necroscope/ Wamphyri’ series’
Harry potter, The Dark Tower
Harry Potter, His Dark Material, Narnia.
Elizabeth George ‘s Lynley-Havers series
The Vorkosigan books by Lois McMaster Bujold
Outlander and Mitford; Nancy Drew when I was a child.
Game of Thrones
Boxcar children as a child
Tales of the wyrd museum, chronicles of narnia
The missing series by Margaret Peterson Haddix, I’m 7 books deep at the moment
Toss up, Highlander Series and Harry Potter.
Since someone already said Harry Potter, how about Louise Penny’s Chief Inspector Gamache / Three Pines series 👍🏻
The Pillars of the Earth
The Invisible Library series!
Way back when I loved The Foundation Trilogy, Dune Trilogy, and LOTR. Lately I liked The Last Policeman and Wool trilogies.
Chronicles of Narnia
I would have to say mercy Thompson by Patricia Briggs.
Seven Sisters by Lucinda Riley
Le Carré’s “A Quest for Karla” which features the antagonists Smiley and Karla.
It’s still Lord of the Rings. I think I’ve read it five times over the years.
Pillars of the Earth
I’m not usually a series reader but I really loved The Millennium Series by Stieg Larsson
Lord of the Rings, Hitchhiker, and Jasper Fforde’s Thursday Next series
Terry Pratchett’s Disc World
Laurie King’s Mary Russell and Sherlock Holmes series.
THe Poirot books by Agatha Christie. also the Miss Marples

Black dagger brotherhood, twilight, fifty shades, This Man, the soul sommuner and jack reacher
Vampire Chronicles, although it really isn’t a series but rather a bunch of stand alone books about the same set of characters.
Chaos Walking trilogy by Patrick Ness
So… many choices, I can’t do it!
Series are my favorite!!
House on Tradd Street and Outlander
Probably Outlander and Game of Thrones.
Hunger Games for YA, otherwise The Broken Earth
Bloody Jack series by L.A. Meyer – listen on CD if you can – the librarians in my old community used to call first dibs when a new one came into the library collection. Young Adult but who cares? Probably after that, I really liked the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series even though quite intense. Also like No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency…
The Sookie Stackhouse series. Just fun, interesting reads. Not one of them is disappointing. Great characters, nice plot twists, two day reads. Highly recommend.
Diana Gabaldon’s Outlander and Louise Penny’s Inspector Gamache series are certainly favorites of mine too. But I have to add: Gabaldon’s Lord John series, that I think I like even more than Outlander, Elizabeth Hunter’s Elemental World Series, Deborah Crombie’s Duncan Kincaid/Gemma James series and last but definitely not least – Adrian McKinty’s Sean Duffy series. If I am ever stranded on a desert island with my iphone and a convenient way to keep it charged, those series are the Audible books I hope I have downloaded before I lose my network connection. I can listen to them forever and never be bored.
Dark Tower and Discworld, with a side of Game of Thrones… 😂
LOTR, Harry Potter and I love Ladies No. 1 Detective Agency, I tend to read them between heavier, more intense reads.
Sue Grafton’s “alphabet” series…
Oh, one more. Elizabeth George’s “Inspector Lynley” books
The Chronicles of Narnia
Phillips Gregory’s, Cousins War.
Harry Potter 💜
James Lee Burke’s Dave Robicheaux series
