I preferred the book. The movie didn’t do it justice. The actors were great but certain details in the book stirred overwhelming emotions in me and these were either left out of the movie or the scenes were downplayed.

Book by far. The movie left so much out and didn’t give me the same experience as the book.

Read the book, didn’t have any interest in seeing the movie. I had a hard time with the second half if the book, it seemed to be similar to the first half of the book. I was bored with it!!

I didn’t see the movie, and, at first, didn’t see the book as my cup-of-tea…but it’s ended up being a story that I still frequently think about, and that seems to be about the highest compliment you can give. Plus, I hate to admit it, but I’m a lot like Ove!!!! ??‍♀️??‍♀️
