It picks up around halfway ish. Well worth it for books 2 and 3 which are amazing.

I really enjoyed the first book. It was a little slow but I love Beauty and the beast, so I found the similar plot interesting. But to be perfectly honest, I hated the second book of the series. Most people love it though.

I just finished the first one and I am about half way through the second, and I am enjoying them! I actually haven’t been able to put them down! ?
