Top Off Tuesday: NIGHT WALKER by Lisa Kessler

Started by FeliciaChristi and Amanda, Top Off Tuesday is where a bunch of us share hot-hot-hot book covers (some we’ve read, some we’ve just drooled on). Head over to Felicia’s blog to share your ToT link and see what everyone else is swooning over.

Here’s my question: Why even bother with a face? (Or nipples, for that matter?) Especially when the model has a set of truly stunning abs and a lovely little trail of hair leading to so much more… Let’s just leave the rest up to my rather dirty imagination. I can fill in the blanks, no problem.

Paranormal Romance

He gave up his soul for a second chance to love her…

Two and a half centuries ago, Calisto Terana lost everything when a zealous priest murdered the woman he loved. Now, desperate for another chance to love her, he wants redemption for the mistake that cost her life.

She’s haunted by dreams of her own death…

After catching her fiance with another woman, Kate Bradley returns to San Diego to clear her head. The last thing she needs is romance, but after meeting Calisto she’s drawn to him in ways she doesn’t understand.

They’ve waited in the shadows for centuries…

Calisto has no doubt Kate is the reincarnation of his lost love, but the Fraternidad Del Fuego Santo has a new watcher with dark ambitions of his own. As old enemies reemerge and a new threat arises, the betrayal that enslaved Calisto to the night might destroy the only woman he’s ever loved again.

  1. Hahaha! I was just wondering where his nipples were Mary. I don’t need a face, but nipples would be nice, if only to break up all the moob skin you know? Still, this cover definitely makes me think dirty things. *scrolls back up to look again*

  2. Mmmm that trail! I didn’t even notice the nipples at first, but you just had to point it out and mess with my drooling session, didnt you? Spoilsport! There’s something deliciously natural about him, and this cover at least doesn’t make me laugh like so many of those others do.

  3. Omg I hadn’t noticed the missing nipples until you mentioned it! bahaha. I like the cover though who the heck needs a face? >.<
